The team at the Zadeh Lab have made strides in understanding how to improve some of the negative side effects associated with radiation which can make this form of treatment more palatable. Also the lab has identified some drugs that hold promise that hopefully can be taken to clinical practice via clinical trials to test their impact on patients with malignant brain tumors.
